Three Pre-Construction Developments coming to Toronto by 2024

Toronto has an abundance of amazing condominiums being proposed or built at the moment. For this post we picked three great pre-construction condos that will be coming to Toronto shortly. Each of these developments are unique in their own way and will cater to peoples’ interests based on their location, size, and design.

The Twelve Hundred - 1200 Dundas St W

This stunning brick condo will be built at 1200 Dundas Street West. It will be 8 storeys tall and have 115 units. The sizes for the condos range from 321 to 819 Sq Ft, with total prices ranging from $500,000 to over $900,000. The Twelve Hundred will be a mixed-use condo, with retail on the ground floor and the other seven floors for condo space. It is estimated to be completed by January 2024 by Fieldgate Urban. Some of its nicest features include a rooftop barbeque lounge area, fitness studio, and a party room. 

The development will be located in the neighbourhood of Dufferin Grove. This neighbourhood has an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and bars that will suit many people’s lifestyles. The development will also be only a few blocks away from Trinity Bellwoods Park. Since the development is right downtown, its walkability and transit scores are very good. The demographic in this neighbourhood is about 70% working age from 25-64 years, making it a great destination for all ages.

The Dylan Condominiums - 831 Glencairn Ave

The Dylan Condominiums is a 10-storey building built by Chestnut Hill Developments at 831 Glencairn Avenue. This extraordinary boutique condo will produce 218 units ranging between 579 and 1,174 Sq. Ft. Chestnut Hill Developments expects occupancy to begin in March of 2024, with prices beginning at $632,900 to over $1,020,900. The Dylan Condominiums has many amenities including a fitness studio, outdoor terrace, plus a kitchen and bar. The development will offer residents everything they might need at their fingertips.

The Dylan Condominiums will be located in the neighbourhood of Glen Park, a wonderful and expanding area of Toronto. This neighbourhood has multiple schools from two schoolboards, one public and the other private. With these school choices, it makes a great place to raise a family. The Dylan Condominiums is in an excellent position, offering residents accessibility to the rest of the city. Just a three-minute walk away is the Glencairn Subway Station, the Eglinton LRT, and Allen Rd which takes you right to Highway 401.

One Delisle - 1 Delisle Ave

The final development is One Delisle, a luxury condo being built by Slate Asset Management. This extremely unique building will be available for occupancy by 2023 but is currently in its planning phase. One Delisle will be an extraordinary 44-storey high-rise building with 293 units. The condos will be a mixture of studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, and 3-bedrooms. One Delisle’s amenities are as dazzling as the condo itself. Residents can enjoy the Himalayan salt room, sauna, eucalyptus steam room, and the indoor pool. There is also the ravine terrace and a fitness centre.

One Delisle is located right at Yonge & St. Clair in mid-town Toronto. Situated in Deer Park, it is in an excellent location. The area is bustling with energy from the shopping, entertainment, and business district. Deer Park also has many schools for families to send their kids, and beautiful parks including Oriole Park and Moore Park Ravine. Its great location is expressed with a walk score of 91, transit score of 85, and bike score of 77, boasting its accessibility.
