There were 43,557 condos sold in the GTA in 2021. The average price for a condo in 2021 was $726,257. Our team has collected the top 10 most active lofts in Toronto along with their average sale prices of 2021.

Space Lofts are located in Old Town a short commute to restaurants, shops and the Entertainment District.
