Braemar Park is a neighbourhood in College Ward in the west end of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is bounded on the north by the Queensway, east on Maitland Drive, south by the Central Experimental Pathway and west by J. H. Putman Public School.

The homes were built between the 1950s and 1960s. Most of the houses contain middle- high class families.

Demographics

Upscale multi-generational households make up Braemar Park community.  The neighbourhood is low in diversity, > 90% of the homes are single detached homes.  Residents work in white collar/service sector jobs predominently in the fields of Business, Finance and Administration. 

Agincourt Public School, J. H. Putman Public School, Charlotte Lemieux French School and Woodroffe High School are close by.

Lifestyle

Braemar Park contains middle-aged families and older couples (Baby Boomers) with children over the age of 20 that still live at home.  Braemar Park residents stay active by going to musical theatre, visiting art galleries, and attending music festivals.  These folks are also very health conscious.  They enjoy local fitness clubs and adventure sports (hiking, sailing, rowing etc.).

Braemar Park is a quiet, established, residential neighbourhood where large trees line the streets. The west side of the neighbourhood contains Garfield Park and J. H. Putman Public School. The community is just off the bike path owned by the NCC.
