Corktown is an area on the rise. A shift between 2001 and 2011 saw a 77% increase in population. Most people are of working age with the greatest representation in the 24 to 39 yr old range. By far though the most impressive park is at Corktown Common located at Bayview and Front st. Tucked into the natural setting you’ll find a splashpad and playground, a boardwalk and walking trails, green space, wetlands and plenty of spots to sit and watch the people and wildlife.
